Property Management Conference

Our CLK Property Management team converged on Double Bay, Sydney recently for the First National Property Management and Commercial Conference for two days of learning and networking.

The girls heard from some of the best in the industry and came away with knowledge and learning around building better relationships within the property management department.

They also learnt about the importance of landlord insurance, how to best engage with solicitors and mortgage brokers and how seamless communication is key to relationships with landlords and tenants. At CLK we pride ourselves on having one central contact from our office for landlords and this was highlighted during the conference as key to success in managing properties.

The importance of property management safety for staff was also discussed and being aware of personal safety is something we take seriously at CLK, ensuring out girls often work in teams.

The list of speakers at the conference was top class and offered advice, inspiration and motivation to take a chance, solve problems, make adjustments, and work your ass off!

We value ongoing staff training here at CLK and strive to fully utilise the support and networking available from the First National group.

The girls made the most of their time in Sydney… not missing a chance to join in the social activities also… and came home with motivation and inspiration to do their best for CLK and our valued landlords and tenants.
