CLK Community || Orange Day for One & All Inclusion
We’re long-time supporters of the One & All Inclusion Project and the important role it plays in our local community.
The One & All Inclusion Project, established in 2009, is passionate about social and sporting inclusion for all and works hard to educate our community about what it is to be truly inclusive.
This inspiring project aims to break down social barriers, build mutual respect and overcome discriminatory attitudes to empower a generation with a greater understanding of the challenges faced by people living with disability.
One & All does this by creating opportunities for people with disability for genuine engagement in community life and inclusion in sport and, in the process, has established a fundamental movement across the region.
Wear Orange Day for One & All is this Friday, May 18 and is an annual opportunity to recognise and celebrate inclusion in the Echuca Moama community.
And all you need to do to get involved is wear orange, make a donation and start a conversation about how inclusion looks in your home, school, workplace, social group or sporting arena.
You can also host an orange party, morning tea, or decorate your work place in orange and spread the word by sharing on social media. For more details about where to get your orange gear, or how to donate, jump on over to the One & All Facebook page. Orange gear is available from Numanz in Echuca and you can contact Sharnee McCoy on 0431 160 381 for more details.
But you better be quick… there isn’t much orange gear left!
Support One & All and wear orange this Friday!
