What is the key to success in the real estate industry?

We love achieving fantastic sales results here at CLK and we often credit our success to the strong local market – Echuca Moama is a great place to live – and also the sound   processors and procedures we have in place, as well as all the latest industry technology and marketing we can access.

However, when we ask our clients why they enjoyed selling their home with our sales team they often remark on the service they were given and how well they were looked after by our sales team members.

Like with many things in life: it’s the people you deal with that make for a positive experience, and we go out of our way to ensure our customer service is second to none for all our clients.

We know YOU like to deal with decent people and we pride ourselves on our people – it’s what makes us who we are.

CLK First National Director Gary Wood believes we achieve results and enjoy what we do by working as a cohesive team and providing great customer service.

In the last two years First National Real Estate has been awarded three Canstar Blue Awards including Most Satisfied Customers – Real Estate 2016 and 2017; and Most Satisfied Customers – Small Business Real Estate 2017.

Cantsar Blue is a customer satisfaction research and ratings agency, which conducts research based on the experience of homeowners, tenants and landlords with Australia’s largest real estate brands.
The research focuses on agent advice and communication, problem resolution, value for money, marketing, moving services, contract handling and finally, overall satisfaction.

Impressively, First National Real Estate was the only real estate company to achieve 5-star ratings.
First National Chief Executive, Ray Ellis said there can be no greater measure of the success of the client / agent relationship than overall satisfaction.

“First National Real Estate is committed to customer satisfaction. It is therefore no coincidence that we have now won these awards… we see this as confirmation that our business model provides the right environment and tools for agents to excel,” Mr Ellis said.
