We’re celebrating after Charles L King and Co (CLK) First National Real Estate recently won five national awards at the annual First National General Excellence and Marketing Awards on the Gold Coast.
Four of the CLK team members, including director Troy O’Brien, attended the awards, along with the top national 2017 salespeople, property managers and administrators from 350 First National offices across Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific.
On the night, CLK Echuca received an award for the Highest Number of Exclusive Listings as well as additional categories, including:
- Highest Number Of Exclusive Listings – Combined (Highest overall – includes small/medium & large offices)
- Highest Number Of Exclusive Listings – Residential (medium size office)
- Highest Number of Settled Sales – Residential (medium size office)
- Highest number of Exclusive Listings – Combined (medium size office)
- Highest Number of Settled Sales – Combined (medium size office)
Troy said the entire CLK team was thrilled to be recognised at a national level, and explained how it is quite amazing to think that we listed more property any other office in Australia and sold more properties than any medium size office in Australia.
“We were thrilled to not only complete, but also out sell many other offices, including those in capital cities”, Troy said.
“It’s a great reflection of the hard work our team puts in every day, but also a testament to this wonderful town of Echuca Moama – it’s a great town for real estate,” he said.
The First National combined annual conference and awards is an important event for the First National network to come together and celebrate outstanding achievements, and to learn about the best systems and processes that enabled our team to deliver award winning outcomes for customers,
