Celebrations after 2021 VIC & TAS GEM Awards Night!

Celebrations all around for the team at Charles L. King & Co at the First National Real Estate VIC & TAS 2022 General Excellence and Marketing Awards, being announced as Number 2 Sales Office of the Year 2021 out of the 74 offices across the two states. 

The awards recognise the achievements of First National’s Victorian and Tasmanian agents throughout 2021, with winners now competing for the national General Excellence and Marketing Awards, which will be announced at the network’s annual convention in Bangkok, Thailand this May.

The CLK sales team was also awarded as the medium office with the Highest Number of Exclusive Listings & Highest Number of Settled Sales, Highest Gross Sales Commission, Highest Number of Exclusive Listings & Highest Number of Settled Sales. The Investor Relations Managers were also recognised for their efforts as an Elite Investor Relations Management Office. 

Charles L. King & Co Director, Troy O’Brien was announced as a part of the Magnificent 7 Salespeople along with having the Highest Number of Exclusive Listings overall for the whole of Victoria and Tasmania. 

Dedicated salesperson Rowena Ash was also elated to be presented as being a part of the top-ranking salespeople and was a winner of The Elite Salesperson award.
